It requires strong commitment and preparation for both theoretical and practical assessments to excel in the examination.

In the lead up to your assessment, typically 1 week after your studies have completed; your Individual Learning Advisor (ILA) will make contact you with you to check engagement, to support progression and achievement of your qualification. They will be actively monitoring your progress and give any relevant feedback.

Our expectations from you:
• We have the right to prohibit candidates from appearing for exams due to poor attendance, failure to complete modules, or unsatisfactory mock exam results.

We expect you to:
• Possess LSRW skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
• Attend all days of training sessions.
• Actively engage in classroom activities.
• Attend all mock exams.
• Complete all assignment work provided.
• Allocate sufficient self-study time.
• Take notes as required and pay special attention during revision sessions.
• Share relevant workplace experiences related to the topics.
• Follow exam revision techniques and procedures.
• Feel free to ask the trainer for clarification on challenging topics.
• Refrain from using mobile phones during sessions.
• Notify us well in advance if you plan to take leave during the session.
• Take responsibility for self-preparation if attending the sessions.
