Partner Portal

List your course dates on Acadame

The Partner Portal is where approved training providers put their own scheduled dates in front of the people already searching Acadame for them. You keep control of the detail, we bring the audience.

What a partner can do here

Send us a spreadsheet instead

If your dates already live in a spreadsheet, send that. The portal reads it, matches every row to one of our course templates, and tells you what it could not match before anything reaches us.

  • Every row matched to a course template, or flagged as a no match
  • Anything we had to assume is shown, so you can correct it
  • Rewritten into Arlo’s import format for you
Bulk upload screen in the Acadame Partner Portal showing five spreadsheet rows matched to Acadame course templates, with an unmatched course and an assumed end date flagged, and the converted Arlo import file below.

See where every date has got to

Nothing disappears into an inbox. Every submission carries a reference and a status, from with us, to draft in Arlo, to live on the site.

  • With Acadame, draft in Arlo, live on the site
  • A reason when a date comes back, not just a no
  • Told when it is safe to start advertising

Your dates, our audience

People search Acadame every day for a course on a date that works, near a place they can get to.

Your scheduled courses sit in those results alongside ours, under your own name.

You keep it current

Add a date, change a venue, close a course once it fills.

What you change is what a visitor sees, without waiting on anybody here to do it for you.

Approved providers only

We check accreditation and insurance before an account is opened.

A date on Acadame carries our name as well as yours, so it has to be right.
