Great course to have a qualification…

Great course to have a qualification for and presented by a knowledgeable trainer-Allan was great and it was a pleasure to meet him. The venue was a good location with plenty of parking and lovely staff who work there. The room smelt lovely too! Nice that refreshments were provided alongside a mini fridge. 😊

About the Protection Against the Effects of Noise eLearning Course

The “Protection Against the Effects of Noise” eLearning course focuses on the importance of protecting one’s hearing and the risks associated with excessive noise exposure. It covers various aspects, including the gradual or immediate causes of hearing loss, the role of the Control of Noise at Work Regulations 2005, and the hierarchy of controls to mitigate noise hazards. Learners will understand how to recognise, identify, and address noise-related risks.

Hearing is a valuable sense that often goes unappreciated until it is compromised. This eLearning course emphasises the significance of protecting one’s hearing in both personal and professional environments. It addresses the gradual or sudden causes of hearing loss and highlights that hearing loss can be a permanent disability.
