How it works

From first call to certificates on file

1

Open an account

Fill in the form below. We normally have new accounts open within one working day.

2

Tell us who needs what

Your account manager maps your roles to the right courses, cards and qualifications, and tells you where you are already covered.

3

We book and remind

Dates confirmed, joining instructions sent, and your team chased so nobody misses a course you have paid for.

4

Results and renewals

Certificates and results come back in your format, and we tell you before anything expires rather than after.

Payment and reporting

Terms that fit your finance team, reports that fit your systems

Most employers we work with do not want to raise a purchase order for every booking, and do not want to chase four different providers for certificates. An Acadame account fixes both.

You get agreed payment terms, consolidated invoicing and your own purchase-order reference on every line: and training records back in whatever shape your health and safety system, HR system or client audit actually asks for.

  • Agreed account terms, subject to approval
  • Consolidated monthly invoicing with your PO references
  • Attendance, results, certificates and expiry dates in your format
  • Renewal reminders before certificates lapse, not after
  • Card and qualification tracking across every site

Bespoke training

Your own courses, written and built in-house

Accredited courses cover the qualification. They do not cover your induction, your plant, your permit system or the way your business actually works, so we build those for you.

Acadame has its own authoring system and learning management system. A bespoke course is written, built, hosted and reported on by the same team that delivers your accredited training. No third-party platform, no separate login for your people, and no per-seat licence to a software company.

  • Site and company inductions your contractors complete before they arrive
  • Toolbox talks, refreshers and policy sign-offs recorded automatically
  • Your branding, your language, your assessment standard
  • Hosted on our LMS with the same reporting as your accredited courses

Employer training FAQs

Normally one working day. We check the details you give us, set your company up on our booking system and email your account manager's direct details back to you.

No. There is no minimum spend, no joining fee and no contract term. The account simply means we can book and invoice without taking your card details every time.

Yes, anywhere in the UK. Onsite delivery usually works out cheaper per head for groups of six or more once you count the travel and lost time, and we can run it around shifts.

Yes. Where a course sits outside our own accreditations we source it through vetted partners and it still comes to you on one Acadame invoice, with the certificate tracked in your records the same way.

New accounts normally start on payment before the course, and credit terms are available subject to approval. Tell us what you need on the form and we will come back to you.

However suits you: a spreadsheet, PDF certificates, a scheduled monthly email, or a matrix of who holds what and when it expires. Tell your account manager the format your auditors ask for and we will match it.

Yes. We author and host bespoke eLearning on our own system, so your induction, toolbox talks and policy sign-offs sit alongside your accredited training with the same reporting.
