What to expect when you arrive
Every centre has parking on site or immediately next to it, step free access from the car park to the training room, and a reception you sign in at on the way through.
Courses start at 8.30am unless your joining instructions say otherwise, so allow a few minutes to find the building and get a coffee. Bring photo ID: CITB, NEBOSH, IOSH and first aid all require us to check it before you sit the course.
Lunch, refreshments and all course materials are included. If you have a dietary requirement, an access need or anything else we should know about, tell us when you book and we will sort it out quietly before the day.

Or we come to you
Training at your place, not ours
Most of what we run in a centre we will also run on your site, anywhere in the UK. For a group of six or more that is usually cheaper than sending people out, and nobody loses half a day travelling.
You need a room that seats the group with a wall to project onto. We bring the tutor, the paperwork and the accreditation, and the certificates come back to us to register and issue.

Questions we get asked most
Whichever is easiest to get to. The course is identical at all four and so is the certificate. Dates differ, so if your date matters more than your postcode, check the course page and book the date that works.
Yes, at all four centres, and it is free. Stoke and Derby have their own car parks, Bury and Widnes have parking on site and more within a short walk if we are busy.
Photo ID, and your joining instructions if you have them printed. CITB, NEBOSH, IOSH and first aid courses all require us to verify identity before you sit them. Everything else, including lunch, is provided.
Yes. Almost every course we run in a centre can be delivered on your site anywhere in the UK, usually within two to three weeks and at a group rate. Call the team and tell us the course, the numbers and roughly where you are.
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm. Outside those hours use the enquiry form or ask MB, and somebody picks it up the next working morning.
We deliver nationwide, so the honest answer is usually yes, just not in one of our own buildings. Tell us where you are and what you need and we will find a way to run it near you or at your site.
