Why online
The training that has to happen, without taking a day out
Most mandatory training is not difficult. It is just compulsory, repetitive, and needed by everyone, which makes taking a day off site to sit in a room for it hard to justify. Online is how most organisations get through the awareness layer, and keep a dated record of who has done what.
Every course here is self-paced and runs in a browser. Nothing to install, nothing to book, no waiting for a date. Start it now, stop part way and come back, and take the assessment as many times as you need.
What online training cannot do is stand in for hands-on practice or your own risk assessments. Where a subject genuinely needs a tutor in the room, we say so on the course page and link the classroom version.
- Start immediately, no course dates to wait for
- Works on any modern phone, tablet or computer
- Certificate downloadable the moment you pass
- Pause and resume; retake the assessment as needed
- Buy one seat by card, or licences in bulk on account

For employers
Training a whole team
Buying ninety seats one card payment at a time is nobody's idea of a good afternoon. A business account gives you one place to buy, allocate and chase.
- Buy licences in bulk and allocate them as people join
- One dashboard showing who has completed and who has not
- Invoicing on account rather than card payment
- Reminders before certificates expire
- Mix online awareness with classroom courses on the same account
- A named contact who knows your site and your renewal dates
Common questions
Immediately. You buy the course, the learner gets access straight away, and most people are finished inside an hour.
For the awareness element of most subjects, yes, and it gives you the dated training record an inspector or auditor will ask for. It does not replace your own risk assessments, or the practical supervised training some tasks need. Each course page says exactly where that line falls for that subject.
We recommend refreshing every three years, or sooner if the way people work changes. There is no statutory expiry date on most of these subjects. The duty is to keep training current, not to renew on a fixed clock.
For awareness-level training, generally yes. Where a client asks specifically for accredited or classroom training, the course page for that subject links the classroom version.
Yes. Talk to our team and we will set up licences, invoicing on account and a completion report, so you're not paying by card ninety times.
Yes. Everything runs in a browser on any modern phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to install.
They can retake it as many times as they need at no extra cost. The point is that they learn it, not that they pass first time.
Completion data can be exported for a business account. Tell us what your system needs and we will work out the simplest route.
