Questioning and non-verbal communication
Open, closed and probing questions; body language and tone, including on video.
Written communication and choosing the channel
Writing for the reader, and when to call, meet or message.
Giving and receiving feedback
Specific, behavioural, usable feedback, and receiving it well.
Difficult conversations
Preparing, opening, staying on the issue, and agreeing a way forward.
