What the Stoke-on-Trent centre is like

You come in through a staffed reception, sign in, and go through to a training room that takes a full class without anybody sitting behind a pillar.

There is breakout space to take a call in, a kitchen, and a cafe on site. Course materials are included in the price.

It is also where our NVQ assessors sit, so if you would rather talk a qualification through face to face than over the phone, this is the centre to come to.

How to find us

Locally it is still called Vicky Road: the old Npower building, just up from McDonalds and opposite the entrance to Fenton Industrial Estate. If you have found the Fenton retail units you have gone far enough.

Coming off the A50 at the Fenton exit it is about five minutes. From the M6, leave at junction 15 and follow the A500 then the A50, roughly ten minutes in normal traffic. Stoke-on-Trent railway station is a ten minute taxi ride.

The car park is free and sits directly in front of the building, with step free access from the car park through reception to every training room.

Training at your place instead

Almost everything we run at Stoke-on-Trent we will also run on your site, anywhere in the UK. For a group of six or more that usually costs less than sending people out, and nobody loses half a day travelling.

You need a room that seats the group and a wall to project onto. We bring the tutor, the paperwork and the accreditation, and certificates come back to us to register and issue.

Yes. The car park is directly in front of the building, it is free, and you do not need a permit or a code. There is no need to arrive early to find a space.

Photo ID, and your joining instructions if you have them printed. CITB, NEBOSH, IOSH and first aid all require us to verify identity before you sit the course. Course materials are included in the price.

Yes. Stoke is our head office and our NVQ assessors are based here, so you can come in and go through the qualification, the evidence and the timescales in person. Call ahead so we know to expect you.
