Great course to have a qualification…

Great course to have a qualification for and presented by a knowledgeable trainer-Allan was great and it was a pleasure to meet him. The venue was a good location with plenty of parking and lovely staff who work there. The room smelt lovely too! Nice that refreshments were provided alongside a mini fridge. 😊

About the Health and Safety for Managers eLearning Course

The Health and Safety for Managers course is designed to equip members of management with the knowledge and skills needed to enforce and oversee health and safety practices in their organisation. This course is suitable for individuals responsible for planning, implementing, enforcing, and managing health and safety within their workplace.

This comprehensive course covers various aspects of health and safety, providing managers with the tools to create and maintain a safe and compliant work environment. It addresses legislative and regulatory requirements, explores the roles and responsibilities of both employers and employees, and delves into the powers held by official Health and Safety Inspectors. The course emphasises the importance of the ‘Plan, Do, Check, Act’ model and the Four Cs, key components of a robust health and safety policy. Additionally, it instructs learners on how to perform risk assessments, manage different types of accidents, and conduct accident investigations.
