About this course
CITB Delivery of Site Operations and Logistics is one of twelve CITB Leadership and Management standards, written for construction by the industry training board rather than adapted from a generic management course.
It is about planning work on site, putting team members to work, and the quality management that stops the same job being done twice.
The standard runs to 14 hours. There is no assignment and no portfolio, and the certificate does not expire, so nobody sits it twice.

CITB set the assessment for this standard. It is taken at the end of the course.

CITB require full attendance across the 14 hours before the assessment can be sat.
Assessment
A paper of 21 questions, one per assessment criteria point. 75 per cent to pass.
Certificate
Issued against CITB grant code GET3257. It does not expire and there is no refresher requirement on this standard.
