The NPORS N802 Gritter/Snowplough qualification is designed to provide operators with the essential knowledge and practical skills required for the safe and efficient operation of gritter and snowplough vehicles. This comprehensive course covers key areas such as understanding industry hazards, adhering to health and safety legislation, conducting pre-operational checks, and mastering machine controls and functions. Delegates will also learn about environmental considerations, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and procedures for machine transportation and storage. Upon successful completion, candidates will receive an NPORS operator card, valid for up to five years, demonstrating their competence and commitment to maintaining high safety standards in gritter and snowplough operations.

Candidates will showcase proper shutdown techniques to ensure safety and compliance.
