Show the answer
Answer C: Show what hazards were found and what controls were decided
Recording significant findings captures the hazards, who is at risk and the controls. It is evidence and a basis for review.
-
Question 2 of 5Controlling risks

Insured costs are the visible tip. Uninsured costs such as lost time, damage, investigation and reputation are the much larger hidden part.
-
Question 4 of 5Understanding hazards
Which group of hazards does extreme heat or cold belong to?
Show the answer
Answer B: Physical hazards
Temperature extremes are physical hazards, alongside noise, vibration and radiation. They can cause heat stress or cold related illness.
-
Question 5 of 5Investigating incidents
Why is it worth investigating accidents and near misses?
Show the answer
