To be eligible for the Blue Skilled Worker card, you can apply if you meet either of the following criteria:
The Blue Skilled Worker card is valid for a period of five years.
Achieved a construction related NVQ/SVQ level 2 or SVQ at SCQF level 5.
Completed an apprenticeship, such as an Employer sponsored apprenticeship, a City and Guilds Craft Certificate (CGLI) or a CSCS Approved Apprenticeship Standard.

The pass mark for the Operatives test is 90%. To pass, you need to answer at least 45 out of 50 questions correctly.
