EUSR Courses
The safety passports the utilities run on. National Water Hygiene for the blue card, and the SHEA schemes for working on operational water, gas and power sites.

Tell us who the client is and what the work is. They usually specify it, and we will read it with you.
Cards
SHEA no longer comes with a CSCS card
This changed in October 2026 and it still catches people out. A SHEA registration used to carry a CSCS Green Labourer card with it. It no longer does.
You now apply separately for the EUSR card that fits your role. A new 2026 registration sits on an EUSR Utilities card; the older 2023 and 2024 registrations keep the CSCS Green Labourer card they came with.
If a provider is still telling you the course gets you a green card, that is why. The training is the same; what arrives afterwards is not.
- SHEA registrations no longer include a CSCS card automatically
- Apply separately for the EUSR card your role needs
- New 2026 registrations use EUSR Utilities cards
- Older 2023 and 2024 registrations keep their CSCS Green Labourer card
Common questions about EUSR training
No, and this is the question we get asked most. National Water Hygiene is about protecting drinking water from contamination and it is the blue card. SHEA Water is general health, safety and environmental awareness for working on an operational site. For restricted operations on the clean water network you need both.
No. EUSR do not run a separate refresher or renewal for it. When the three years are up you take the same course and assessment again. The SHEA schemes are different and do have a renewal option.
National Water Hygiene three years, SHEA Water three years, SHEA Power three years, SHEA Gas five years.
Not since October 2026. You apply separately for the EUSR card that matches your role. New registrations sit on EUSR Utilities cards rather than the CSCS Green Labourer card the older ones came with.
Yes. EUSR allow remote delivery for these schemes, so we run them live online as well as in a classroom and at your own premises.
Yes, at your own site anywhere in the UK. For a crew it is cheaper and a lot less disruptive than sending people out one at a time.

Prices are per person and exclude VAT. Nothing here has to be booked online: call 0330 124 2165 or email hello@acadame.co.uk and we will book you on, or put a date on to suit you.
Nothing matches that. Clear the filters, or tell us what you are after and we will point you at it: 0330 124 2165 or hello@acadame.co.uk.
Everything we run is on this page, whether or not a date is showing. Where a course is scheduled, open the availability column to see the dates, the centre, the price and how many places are left. Where nothing is scheduled it only means nobody has asked yet: tell us the course and the numbers and we will put a date on, here or at your place.
Not sure which EUSR course the client wants?
Send us what they have asked for. Nine times in ten it is clear once somebody who knows the schemes reads it, and it saves putting people through the wrong day.
