In the event of a cancellation or deferment, we provide fully transparent terms and conditions.
This interactive one-day course is tailored for senior managers and company directors, equipping them with the knowledge to understand the legal, financial, and human consequences of failing to comply with health and safety regulations.
Delivered either on-site or at a designated training facility, the programme offers a comprehensive overview of how to cultivate a strong workplace commitment to health and safety. Throughout the session, participants will engage in practical workshop exercises, providing an open forum to explore their responsibilities and exchange perspectives on effective safety management.
The course concludes with each attendee developing a personalised action plan to implement within their organisation. This includes a skills matrix designed to support strategic health and safety management. Endorsed by Build UK, this DRHS course qualifies for the CITB Grant and is recognised as essential training for senior leadership teams.
