How long does the course take to complete?
This 2 day mental health first aid course is delivered over two days and provides a more in-depth level of learning than introductory mental health awareness training.
What qualification do I receive after completing the course?
Successful candidates receive the NUCO Level 3 First Aid for Mental Health Supervising qualification, a recognised award suited to those with greater workplace responsibility.

The course covers mental health awareness, common mental health conditions, how to start supportive conversations, the impact of drugs and alcohol, workplace wellbeing and the First Aid for Mental Health action plan.
