Secure Funding for your Construction Training & NVQs! EVERY 12 months!

The CITB Skills and Training Fund serves as a valuable incentive aimed at micro, small, and medium-sized construction companies (up to 250 employees) to encourage them to invest in to their workforce through construction training.



This funding is directed towards meeting the construction training needs that align with the CITB grant scheme, as well as other relevant construction courses and NVQs. Additionally, the fund supports a diverse range of activities, placing a strong emphasis on fostering innovation, management, and leadership training.

Who can apply?

You are eligible to apply if:

  • You are a CITB-registered employer.
  • You have up to 250 directly employed staff on your payroll.
  • Any previous project funded by the Skills and Training Fund has been confirmed as complete.

You can apply for funding once every 12 months.
