The Acadame Level 1 equivalent Construction Health & Safety course in Stoke, Staffordshire is designed to aid the understanding of potential hazards that a construction worker may face on site.
Based in Derby, Derbyshire, our HSA course provides a practical summary of health, safety, welfare, and environmental issues. It also identifies the delegate’s responsibilities for looking after themselves and others. Furthermore, our Staffordshire Health & Safety Awareness courses outline the employer’s duties regarding what should be done if the worker thinks that anyone’s health and safety is being put at risk.
Our HSA course in Derby is the first step towards a CSCS Labourers Card (Green Card) and to the progressive CITB Site Safety Plus courses.
Successful completion of CITB Site Safety Plus (Health and Safety Awareness Level 1) course can be used as a prerequisite for the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB): Operative, health, safety and environment touch screen (HSE) test, or just as repeat refresher training.
CITB pay grants for the achievement of approved short courses, which last from 3 hours to 29 days and are focused on the core construction skills needed across the industry.
