You have the option to retake a unit assessment under the following circumstances:
There is no restriction on the number of times you can re-sit unit(s) within the five-year period. However, please note that a refund will not be issued if you register for a re-sit before knowing the original unit result. If your re-sit result is lower than the original mark, the original mark awarded for the unit will be retained. Re-sit marks are not subject to any caps.
In the event of a cancellation or deferment, we provide fully transparent terms and conditions.

NEBOSH closing interviews are scheduled shortly after your examination and are coordinated by us.
In essence, the closing interview ensures the authenticity of the submitted work and allows you to discuss your paper with us. As long as you are the individual who completed the exam, there is no cause for concern during the closing interview.
Conducting a practical risk assessment is a core component of NG2. This assessment is designed to evaluate your ability in applying these industry-standards to real-world scenarios.
To ensure the highest standards of evaluation, both assessments will be reviewed by external examiners appointed by NEBOSH. These examiners are selected based on their extensive experience and expertise, guaranteeing that you undergo assessment by the most qualified professionals in the industry.
1. Express an interest:
From here our Study Success Squad will arrange an initial call. We will use this as an opportunity for you to ask any questions you have about the program and we can check to make sure that this is the right qualification for you.
2. Enrolment:
If everyone is happy, we will then assign your learning advisor from the Study Success Squad; as at this point we will know who is a good match for your needs and get you registered, agree exam dates and begin your learning journey.
3. Continued support:
You won’t be alone. Ongoing support will be offered by your individual learning advisor, including the assignment of trainers/mentors and our own Study Success Squad.
Upon enrolment, you will gain access to our online portal platform regardless of your method of study. This is equipped with additional study and revision tools. A snap shot of what you can find in our portal:
NEBOSH exams typically include written assessment in the form of an Open Book Exam (OBE). The OBE offers the flexibility to be conducted remotely, either at home or in a secure and conducive environment that allows focused concentration. You will engage with a scenario depicting a real-world workplace situation and tasked with executing a series of assignments, drawing upon the evidence provided in the scenario and applying the foundational knowledge acquired during your studies and revision.
This will then be followed by a closing interview which is undertaken by us.
Depending on the course, there might be an additional practical exam too, to evaluate your ability in applying these industry-standards to real-world scenarios.
