Suitability
Numerous companies mandate that workers undergo both a safety course and a company induction before granting access to a site or premises. Integrating this training with a site induction improves the safety of employees and contractors throughout Manchester, reducing risks to themselves and others. The CCNSG card remains valid for three years, after which individuals must complete a one-day CCNSG Renewal course.
Assessment
The course is assessed by 80 multi-choice
questions covering all the topics in the
syllabus. These may be delivered as four 20 question tests (one after each half-day) or two 40 question tests (at the end of each day).
If all the tests are passed (1 resit is allowed) the candidate will be issued with a CCNSG Safety Passport card.
Duration
This course is classroom delivered and held over 2 days at our site in Manchester.
The Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB) is the employer-led skills, standards and qualifications body for the development of the engineering construction workforce of Great Britain. An arms-length body of the UK Government, the ECITB reports to the Department for Education.
We recognise that everyone is different, which is why we offer a choice of study routes. We can deliver the course in your workplace, you can visit one of our training centres, you can complete the course via an online virtual live class or you can do it online via eLearning.
