The Acadame Fire Marshall / Warden & Safe Use of Fire Extinguisher Course delivered by experts in Stoke-on-Trent and across the UK supplies essential knowledge to take back and apply to the workplace. Having a designated fire marshal at work is an important part of fire safety.
This course will provide you with the necessary theoretical training required to be a qualified fire warden. It will educate you about what your legal duties are, will provide you with an understanding of fire, familiarise you with fire hazards and fire safety arrangements, and detail what your emergency evacuation procedures should entail. The information in the course will enable you to take responsibility for fire safety in your workplace and protect everyone’s wellbeing.
The tutor splits the course into two components. You will first attend a classroom theory component.
Delegates will also have to complete a short written assessment at the end of the course.
The practical element includes a demonstration of the different types of extinguishers as well as fire safety signs around the building.
