To teach general operatives / supervisors / managers on the aspects of planning and controlling a lifting operation and associated regulations.

- Identify and explain the requirements for managing a lifting operation

- Introduction
- The basic requirements of legislation, regulations and codes of practice relating to a lifting operation including lifting with excavators / telehandler suspended loads

- Management of a lifting operation, AP
- The requirements of a basic, Intermediate, and complex lift
- Lifting personnel, roles and responsibilities Crane Supervisor, Slinger/signaller
- Lifting Personnel, Crane Operator, Signaler, Crane Erector & Maintenance Personnel
