Please read the attached Off Road disclaimer. We will give you an original of this document to sign as soon as you arrive at the Centre– if the contents of the disclaimer cause you any problem, please bring this to our attention at your earliest opportunity.
It is a requirement that you share your driving licence details with us prior to driving one of our vehicles. Please do this by accessing the DVLA website at www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence. Please enter your Driving Licence number, National Insurance Number & Postcode and then select ‘Share your licence information’ and ‘Create a code’. Immediately below the generated code you will be able to select the option to print a copy of your licence – this will be a single page for you to bring with you on your booking date. Please do also bring your Photo-card or pre-1998 paper driving licence with you on the day.
Please do note that if you have 6 penalty points or more on your Licence or have an offence code other than SP or TS you may be prohibited from driving one of our vehicles. If you have a penalty code other than SP or TS we must refer you to our Insurers for their consideration and approval prior to you driving one of our vehicles. Please ensure that you give us at least 7 working days to do this. If you are unsure about any aspect of this please contact us as soon as possible
