You have the option to retake a unit assessment under the following circumstances:
There is no restriction on the number of times you can re-sit unit(s) within the five-year period. However, please note that a refund will not be issued if you register for a re-sit before knowing the original unit result. If your re-sit result is lower than the original mark, the original mark awarded for the unit will be retained. Re-sit marks are not subject to any caps.

NEBOSH closing interviews are scheduled shortly after your examination and are coordinated by us.
In essence, the closing interview ensures the authenticity of the submitted work and allows you to discuss your paper with us. As long as you are the individual who completed the exam, there is no cause for concern during the closing interview.

To ensure the highest standards of evaluation, both assessments will be reviewed by external examiners appointed by NEBOSH. These examiners are selected based on their extensive experience and expertise, guaranteeing that you undergo assessment by the most qualified professionals in the industry.

From here, our Study Success Squad will arrange an initial call. We will use this as an opportunity for you to ask any questions you have about the NEBOSH National General Certificate, and we can check to make sure that this is the right qualification for you.
2. Enrolment:
If everyone is happy, we will then assign your learning advisor from the Study Success Squad, as at this point we will know who is a good match for your needs and get you registered for the NEBOSH General Certificate, agree on exam dates and begin your learning journey.
3. Continued support:
You won’t be alone. Ongoing support will be offered by your individual learning advisor, including the assignment of trainers/mentors and our own Study Success Squad.
