This comprehensive training programme covers key areas such as understanding the operator’s responsibilities, conducting pre-operational checks, manoeuvring within confined spaces, and adhering to relevant health and safety legislation. Upon successful completion, candidates will receive an NPORS-accredited certification, valid for five years, demonstrating their competence and commitment to maintaining high industry standards in warehouse and logistics operations.

The method of assessment is a three-step journey:
