Nebosh General

Studied for me Nebosh General in Feb 26 with Alan Starr. Very pleased with all the support from both Alan and Matt, very happy to have passed. I feel without the support this enabled me to get my Nebosh. The course was full of examples and scenarios, which gave a better insight of expectations and real life situations. Thanks so much Academe, I will be enrolling a few members of my management team to complete IOSH in the near future.

About the Anti-Bribery Awareness eLearning Course

The “Anti-Bribery Awareness” eLearning course is designed to educate businesses and individuals on the significance of compliance with the UK’s Bribery Act 2010. Non-compliance with this legislation can result in severe consequences, including substantial fines and lengthy prison sentences for both employers and employees.

This course aims to raise awareness about the Bribery Act, its implications, and the various forms of bribery. It also provides guidance on creating a comprehensive Bribery Policy and outlines steps organisations can take to establish a defence in case their employees or representatives become involved in bribery. Suitable for all businesses that require an anti-bribery policy, this course covers essential aspects of bribery, the Act’s scope, terminology, offenses, distinctions between bribery and hospitality, individual and organisational responsibilities, potential signs of bribery, and the repercussions of non-compliance.

In an environment where ethical business practices are critical, understanding and complying with anti-bribery laws is paramount. The “Anti-Bribery” eLearning course offers essential knowledge for organisations and individuals operating within the UK.
