Escape routes, fire doors, assembly points, and helping people who cannot self-evacuate.

Your legal duty
The law behind fire safety training
In England and Wales the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 places duties on the responsible person for most non-domestic premises. They must carry out a fire risk assessment, put general fire precautions in place, and provide employees with adequate fire safety training.
Scotland and Northern Ireland have their own fire safety legislation rather than the 2005 Order. The duties are broadly comparable, but if your premises are outside England and Wales, check which regime applies to you.

Fire Safety eLearning: common questions
In England and Wales, yes. The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires the responsible person to provide employees with adequate fire safety training. Scotland and Northern Ireland have equivalent duties under their own legislation.
Annually is the interval most organisations set, and it is what fire officers generally expect to see. The certificate itself is valid for three years.
No. This is general fire awareness for everyone. A nominated fire warden or marshal needs the separate warden course, which covers sweeping areas, roll call and reporting.
It covers the classes of fire, which extinguisher matches which, and more importantly, how to judge when not to fight a fire at all. Practical extinguisher use has to be done hands-on.
No. The assessment is specific to your premises and is the responsible person's duty. The course explains what it is for and why it drives everything else.
